This is designed for the couple who have already booked the professionals they wish to work with yet prefer to have a wedding consultant on the day to handle the smallest details and emergencies that may arise.

This option includes up to 20 hours with a professional wedding consultant as follows:

• Eight hours prior to the wedding to review contracts, confirm arrangements and prepare timelines. The bride is responsible for sourcing and securing all vendors.
• Three hours the day before the wedding to oversee the rehearsal and attend to any last minute arrangements.
• Eight hours on the day of the wedding to oversee ceremony and reception set up, the wedding ceremony, cocktails and reception.
• One hour following the wedding to ensure all legal paperwork is processed, marriage licences, photographs, DVD etc. are collected and couriered to you.

Senior Planner: $4250. Additional hours may be purchased at the hourly rate of $175.
